If you're coming along to Oulton Park this weekend (8/9/10 October) for the season finale of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship, here is some important information to help you make the most of your visit.

You will need to bring your original tickets to the circuit - copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the venue office.

Hospitality upgrades
Luxury hospitality upgrades are also available for the Fogarty Moss Centre for £115 +VAT, featuring breakfast, a two course buffet lunch, afternoon tea and a complimentary race programme. For more information call 01474 875224 today (Wednesday) or email corpsales@motorsportvision.co.uk.

Limited edition event programmes are available for just £5 from the dedicated paddock programme booth opposite Chequers restaurant. Each programme includes rider profiles and a selection of in-depth articles on all championships competing this weekend.

Pit walkabout
There is a pitwalk on raceday (Sunday) at 10:30, giving you the chance to meet all of your favourite BSB riders. Anyone intending to take part will need to arrive at the queuing point next to the Race Control building at least 15 minutes in advance.

Weekend Camping
Camping will be available to purchase at the gate for £25 per person. Children aged 12 and under camp free. The campsite opens at 18:00 on Thursday and there are two camping areas: infield camping and family camping.

Off-track entertainment
In addition to the activities mentioned above, there will also be off-track entertainment including a fun fair and free face painting in Chequers restaurant plus live music in Chequers on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.

Gate opening times
Oulton Park will be open to the public from 7.00am on all three days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

STIHL big screen
You won't miss any of the action thanks to the STIHL big screen located at Cascades. Check the circuit map for full details.

BSB Radio
BSB Radio will be back on air broadcasting live from Oulton Park on 87.7FM as well as online hosting all the commentary from Fred Clarke and Larry Carter, plus guest commentators three-time BSB champion Niall McKenzie and former pundit Keith Huewen. Live commentary and news will be coming to you all weekend (Saturday and Sunday) on both 87.7FM and online via www.britishsuperbike.com/radio.

Radios are available to purchase for £5 from the programme booths, Chequers reception and the paddock shop.

Post qualifying press conference
Following the Swan Combi Roll for Pole the post qualifying press conference will take place at the Get On unit in the paddock from 13:05.

Disabled access
For disabled access please follow signs for public parking, then directions for label holders. Please ensure a disabled label is visible to traffic marshals and await direction.
