2021 British GT Championship calendar announced

Thursday, October 15 2020

The Intelligent Money British GT Championship has announced its provisional calendar for 2021, with five of the series' seven rounds set to take place at MSV venues next season.

The championship will kick off at Oulton Park on Easter Weekend, as has become traditional, with a pair of hour-long races on the bank holiday Monday (5 April).

Snetterton and the full Brands Hatch GP circuit will host spring rounds too, with two races at the Norfolk circuit on 24/25 April before a two-hour epic in Kent on 22/23 May.

Donington Park is provisionally scheduled to host the first of its two rounds on 10/11 July before the championship returns to the East Midlands for its deciding event two months later on 11/12 September.

The UK's leading GT series features sumptuous supercars from some of the world's leading automotive manufacturers, with entries on this year's grid including machinery from McLaren, Bentley, Lamborghini and more.

Each event will also feature a busy support race programme, including BRDC British F3.
