Best-ever live music at Oulton Park Mini Festival

Friday, July 06 2018

There's more than just cars at this year's Mini Festival at Oulton Park on Saturday 21 July, with our biggest and best-ever live music line-up.

Our music stage in association with Heineken features four fabulous acts to take us right through the day from 10am to 5.45pm. David Burton kicks off the musical entertainment at 10am, followed by the Gus Glynn Band at midday with their eclectic mix of rock, blues, post-punk, indie, Americana and soul.

Quayz are up next with their indie and rock covers at 2pm before Clockwork close proceedings from 4pm with a selection of 80s and 90s hits. Live music is always a popular addition to MSV events at Oulton Park and this year's selection of bands promises some top-class entertainment.

On track there's plenty to keep Mini fans entertained too with racing from the modern iteration of the iconic British car. Grids from MINI CHALLENGE JCW, Cooper S and Pro/Am class races will be joined by Toyo Tires 7 Race Series and Heritage Formula Ford.

In addition, youngsters aged 11-17 can get on track themselves for a taster driving lesson in a stunning dual-controlled MINI One. The 15-minute sessions are £25 and can be booked in advance here.

Visitors can also browse the dozens of trade stands and check out Minis old and new on show in the many club and individual car displays, with prizes for the best in the love:Mini awards sponsored by ValetPRO. There's space for a few more if you're quick - click here to book your space.
