Wednesday, April 17 2019

We hope you're looking forward to the British GT Championship and BRDC British F3 Championship meeting at Oulton Park this weekend (Saturday 20 and Monday 22 April). It's going to be a weekend with loads to see and do at the Cheshire circuit, so we've put together a list of the key information for you.

Timings
Public admission to the circuit is from 08:30 on Saturday and 07:00 on Monday. Please note that there is no track activity on Easter Sunday.

Campsite
The campsite opens at midday on Friday 19 April and closes at midday on Tuesday 23 April. Please note - facilities will be provided in full during this time.

You are welcome to bring your car or bike onto the campsite with you. Please head to East Gate entrance (follow highway signs for the campsite) on arrival and you will be directed to the campsite and issued with a wristband.

Tickets
If you have elected to have tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the venue office.

Print-at-home tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, log in to your MSV account to access them. Print all your e-documents and bring them to the venue. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue, you must have your e-tickets printed.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

If you need to purchase any additional tickets, these are available on the gate for £16 on Saturday and £25 on Monday. Under-13s go free. Friday tickets are available for £5 on the day.

Programmes
Official souvenir programmes are on sale from the main entrance gates and vendors within the venue for £5.

Grandstand seats
Grandstand seats are available in the Lodge, Knickerbrook, and Old Hall grandstands for £10 on Monday, subject to availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Under-16 seats are available for £5. These can be purchased from the booths next to the grandstands.

Off-track entertainment
There will be plenty to enjoy off the track on Bank Holiday Monday, located opposite the Chequers Restaurant, including:
- Supercar displays
- Easter themed activities, including Easter egg hunts
- Meet Pete the dinosaur
- Slot car racing from Wirrall Slot Car Racing
- Circus Whiz workshops for the kids will take place near the adventure playground

Here to help
Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified.
