Spectator information for British GT and GB3 this weekend

Thursday, September 09 2021

We're looking forward to welcoming spectators to Oulton Park's round of the British GT Championship this weekend (11-12 September), and we hope that you're looking forward to joining us for one of the circuit's most popular events of the season. Here is some useful information to help you make the most of your trip to the venue.

How we continue to keep you safe: COVID-19
Whilst our motor racing circuits are outdoor venues, with spectators dispersed over a very wide area, we recognise the importance of maintaining sensible precautions to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. We have therefore retained many of the protocols that have been in place since we welcomed spectators back again in May.

Please take the time to read our summary document here.

Car Parking
Parking is free of charge for all public car parks.

Camping
The campsite will open at midday on Friday 10 September and close at 8pm on Sunday 12 September for relevant ticketholders. Weekend ticket holders who haven't pre-booked camping can pay on the gate.

Adults are £30, 13-15-year-olds £18 and under-13s camp FREE.

You must have a valid weekend admission ticket/pass and camping ticket(s) to be allowed onto the campsite.

Tickets
Tickets will be available on the gate for the following prices:
Saturday: Adults £18, Teen (13-15) £12, Senior Citizens £15
Sunday: Adults £25, Teen (13-15) £15, Senior Citizens £20
Under-13s go FREE.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.

All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. If you haven't received them, contact us urgently at tickets@msv.com

Print-at-home/e-tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, you can access them by logging on to your MSV account. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue - you must have your e-tickets printed or scanned from a mobile device.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Pre-registration is not required for season pass holders, who should present their passes on the gate as usual.

Grandstands
All grandstands are open on Satuday and Sunday, with some tickets still available to purchase on the day (whilst stocks remain) from the booths at the stands. These are priced at £12 each for adults and £8 for under-16s.

Programmes
Official event programmes are on sale from various programme booths, Chequers restaurant reception and the Fogarty Moss Centre for just £5.

Children's Wristbands
Please pick up one of our free children's wristbands from the Chequers reception. Write your name and phone number on the back of the wristband so we can contact you should you become separated from your child at any time.

Cashpoint
There is a cashpoint on site, which is located near the Chequers bar.

WiFi
Free WiFi can be accessed from the grandstands at Oulton Park, plus Chequers restaurant. To access the facility, simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI and enter your details.

Here to help
Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified.

Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time - thieves are known to operate in the Cheshire West area.
